  1. This is honestly my silent battle in my head it seems. I’ve followed you for a year now and it’s helped tremendously. My husband and I have been in cdd for ten years(since we got married). I went from the single working mom to changing after he and I met and got married,he took the lead providing for us and he has me stay home and take care of the home and our children. Things I had no choice in missing out on to raise my son the first 5 years of his life I’ve got to make up double what I missed out and after we adopted our daughter as a newborn I have gotten to be there to do things a lot of women don’t get to do. It was hard the first year to fully surrender and let go of that “independent” and worldly life I lived before. My husband kaid down the law the first year over who’s in charge, my dress after he got rid of all my jeans and “booty” shorts and had me get lady like wardrobe, his rules and expectations of my tasks for the home, and start learning to be obedient to him. It took a lot of sore bottom days for me to learn but when I studied in depth in the word along with our pastors teachings and lessons like yours, it’s helped a lot. I’m not ashamed to follow what God expects of me to be a godly woman.
